Private Equity Workshop with Armira Partners

How does a professional investor evaluate a potential Private Equity deal? What issues are most relevant for assessing an industry and a business model and how much is the company worth? In this Case Study workshop you will assume the role of an investment manager and analyze a potential deal in order to present it to the investment committee and give an investment recommendation. In doing so, you will get insight into the daily business of a private equity investor and you will also get a good preparation for a typical case interview for private equity positions. Afterwards, meet the Armira team for individual questions and discussions.
