Join us for an engaging real-life case study, where we will walk through a genuine acquisition decision from start to finish. Together, we will examine the target company across multiple workstreams, with a particular focus on commercial aspects such as market, customers, and product. We will also review the financials, valuation, and potential returns to assess the attractiveness of the investment. As a group, we will evaluate whether the asset is a compelling opportunity — and why it may or may not be. Building on this, we will assess the potential purchase price using an LBO model. Finally, we will discuss how the business plan should be structured to support the investment thesis. This interactive session offers a hands-on view into the decision-making process of private equity investments.
