We at WIB - Women in Business e.V. (WIB) and the TU Investment Club e.V. (TUIC) are excited to invite you to our upcoming collaborative panel talk, 'Breaking the Ceiling'. For this special evening, we are bringing together three incredible female leaders to share their journeys across diverse sectors: Monika Nickl (Managing Director & Co-Head of Consumer, Europe at Lincoln International), Prof. Dr. Claudia Steinwender (Professor of Innovation and International Trade at LMU), and Sabrina Pichlbauer-Biebl (Head of Operations at Scalable Capital). Our panelists will dive into the realities of their respective fields, discussing everything from their typical work weeks to a candid debate on the systemic impact of diversity initiatives and gender quotas.
